These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TwoFlow AI website at twoflow.ai and the services we provide. "TwoFlow AI," "we," "us," and "our" refer to TwoFlow AI. "You" and "your" refer to you, the visitor or client. Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy.
By requesting a quote, booking a demo, signing a proposal, or otherwise using our website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
TwoFlow AI builds and manages AI agents, workflow automations, and websites for business owners. The exact scope of any engagement is defined in the proposal, statement of work, or written agreement for that project. We may decline or end any project that is unlawful, unsafe, abusive, or outside what we offer.
Quotes and proposals are based on the information you provide. If the actual scope, access, or requirements differ from what was described, pricing and timelines may be adjusted with your agreement before we proceed. Work begins once you approve the proposal and provide the access and information we need to start.
Payment is due as outlined at the time of booking or as set in your agreement, which may include a deposit, one-time fees, and recurring subscription or retainer charges. Payments are processed through our payment provider. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the agreed amounts, including recurring charges until cancelled. Fees for work already performed are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
We move fast, and our timelines depend on you. To deliver on schedule, you agree to provide timely access to your tools, accounts, content, and approvals. Delays in access or feedback may push timelines and, in some cases, affect pricing. Estimated delivery dates are targets, not guarantees.
If you provide your phone number and opt in, you agree to receive SMS or MMS text messages from TwoFlow AI, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, follow ups, account and service updates, and, where permitted, promotional messages.

You agree not to use our website, services, or anything we build to send spam, unsolicited messages, or unlawful content; to violate any law or third-party rights; to harass or deceive others; or to interfere with or misuse our systems or the platforms our work runs on. We may suspend or end service for violations of this section.
Our work is set up on and connects to third-party platforms, including HighLevel (GoHighLevel), payment processors, calendar and email providers, and others. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, changes, pricing, or actions of third-party platforms, including outages or features they add or remove.
You own your brand, your content, and your data. We own the underlying templates, frameworks, tools, and methods we use to build, including reusable components we develop across clients. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the specific agents, automations, and websites we deliver for your business. You may not resell, copy, or redistribute our underlying frameworks without written permission.
We want what we build to work for you. If something we delivered is not performing as agreed, contact us and we will review and correct issues that fall within the agreed scope. Changes beyond the original scope may be quoted as additional work.
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, lead volume, or uninterrupted, error-free operation, since outcomes depend on your market, your inputs, and third-party platforms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TwoFlow AI's total liability for any claim relating to our website or services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business.
You agree not to directly hire, solicit, or engage any TwoFlow AI team member or contractor for similar services outside of TwoFlow AI, during your time as a client and for twelve months afterward, without our written consent.
Either party may end an ongoing engagement as set out in your agreement or, if none is specified, with reasonable written notice. Fees for work performed before termination remain due. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including payment, intellectual property, and limitation of liability, survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law in New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
